Founded in 1992 by Robert B. McKeon, Veritas Capital is a New York-based private equity firm that specialized in the government and technology sectors. The firm raised its first fund in 1998 and has since managed over 90 acquisitions across industries such as aerospace, defense, healthcare, and national security.
