Founded in 1992, Veritas Capital is a New York-based private equity firm that specialty focuses on companies supporting government-influenced markets and critical infrastructure. The firm raised its first fund in 1998 and has since expanded its reach across several key sectors including aerospace, defense, healthcare, and national security. In 2024, the firm was ranked 46th globally in the PEI 300 list of the world's largest private equity firms.
