Veritas to acquire environmental consultant Trinity Consultants from Oak Hill

Trinity Consultants currently serves over 10,000 clients globally. Its clientele spans various sectors, including advanced manufacturing, healthcare, data centers, and commercial facilities. The company assists these clients in navigating environmental, engineering, and compliance issues.

Daniel Sugar, Partner & Co-Head of Flagship Private Equity at Veritas Capital, expressed enthusiasm for the acquisition. These objectives include fostering account growth, accelerating technological investments, and expanding capabilities through future acquisitions.

Oak Hill Capital initially acquired Trinity Consultants in 2021 from LLCP. The terms of that acquisition were also not publicly disclosed. Trinity Consultants, established in 1974, specializes in offering regulatory-driven consulting services across environmental, health & safety, engineering, and scientific domains. The company's headquarters are located in Dallas, Texas.

This acquisition signals continued private equity interest in environmental and engineering consulting services, driven by increasing regulatory complexities and corporate focus on sustainability and compliance. The reinvestment by Oak Hill suggests confidence in Trinity Consultants' future growth prospects and the stability of the sector.
