Auldbrass Partners is an American private equity secondaries firm founded in 2011 by Howard Sanders as a spin-out from Citigroup. Headquartered in New York City, the firm is a 100% employee-owned and Minority-owned Business Enterprise (MBE). The firm specializes in the private equity secondary market, acquiring interests through both Limited Partner (LP) transactions and General Partner (GP)-led opportunities.

The firm employs a data-driven, company-focused investment approach, targeting concentrated positions in resilient companies with strong sustainable growth. Auldbrass Partners typically seeks investments that can achieve liquidity within a three-to-five-year timeframe, aiming for gross returns of 2.0x MOIC and 20%+ IRRs.
