Auldbrass Partners is a New York-based private equity secondaries firm founded in 2011 by Howard Sanders following a spin-out from Citigroup. The firm is a 100% employee-owned and Minority-owned Business Enterprise (MBE) that manages and advises on global investments. It has established a vast network of hundreds of fund and partner relationships to source its deals.

The firm's investment strategy focuses on growth buyout, growth equity, mezzanine, and venture capital, primarily targeting U.S. and European-based funds. Auldbrass acquires secondary interests through both limited partner transactions and GP-led opportunities, seeking concentrated positions in resilient companies with strong sustainable growth. The firm utilizes a data-driven approach, targeting specific returns and liquidity within a three-to-five-year timeframe.

Significant milestones for the firm include the closing of its Secondary Opportunity Fund I in 2014 and the final close of its Secondary Opportunity Fund II in 2019, which reached $185.6 million including co-investments.
