EQT AB is a Swedish global investment organization that manages funds investing in private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and venture capital.

EQT AB was founded in 1994 by SEB, AEA Investors, and Investor AB, with Conni Jonsson serving as the founding chairman. Based in Stockholm, the firm has grown into one of the largest private equity organizations globally, completing an initial public offering in 2019. It is partially owned by the Wallenberg family and Investor AB.

The firm operates through several investment divisions, including EQT Infrastructure, EQT Private Capital Europe and North America, EQT Real Estate, and EQT Private Wealth.
