EQT AB is a leading Swedish global investment organization that manages funds investing in private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and venture capital.

Founded in 1994 by SEB, AEA Investors, and Investor AB, EQT AB has grown into one of the largest private equity firms globally. Based in Stockholm, Sweden, the firm was established under the leadership of founding chairman Conni Jonsson and remains closely tied to the Wallenberg family and Investor AB. The firm underwent a significant transition in 2019 when it went public via an initial public offering on the Nasdaq Stockholm.

EQT operates through several specialized investment divisions including Infrastructure, Private Capital Europe & North America, Real Estate, and Private Wealth.
