PE-backed Ode with Anthropic acquires AI services firm Casper Studios
Ode with Anthropic, backed by Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, and Anthropic, has acquired Casper Studios for undisclosed terms. Ode's other backers include Apollo Global Management, General Atlantic, GIC, Goldman Sachs, Leonard Green & Partners, and Sequoia.
The enterprise AI transformation company, Ode with Anthropic, has acquired Casper Studios, an AI services firm. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Ode is a San Francisco-based enterprise AI transformation company. The company formally launched in 2026.
Ode is supported by a consortium of prominent private equity firms and institutional investors. Among its backers are Blackstone and Hellman & Friedman.
Further strengthening Ode's financial and strategic foundation are additional significant investors. These include Apollo Global Management, General Atlantic, GIC, Goldman Sachs, and Leonard Green & Partners. Sequoia is also listed among the company's supporters.
Rodney Zemmel, a board member at Ode, commented on the collaboration between the two entities. He noted that the two teams work together in action, embedding AI across the full arc of an enterprise, at the agent level, the product level, and well beyond.
