InterMedia Advisors, LLC (also known as InterMedia Partners) is a private equity firm founded in 1988 by Leo Hindery. Based in the Chrysler Building in Midtown Manhattan, the firm specifically targets the media sector through leveraged buyouts and growth capital investments.

The firm has historically managed a diverse range of media assets, notably through its InterMedia Outdoor Holdings subsidiary. In 2005, the firm gained political visibility when former U.S. Senator Tom Daschle joined as a senior adviser. InterMedia eventually sold its outdoor media division to Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, which subsequently rebranded the assets as Outdoor Sportsman Group.
