TZP Group, HPS and Capital Dynamics back vacation rental platform Pavilion

National vacation rental company Pavilion launches with backing from TZP Group, HPS Investment Partners, and Capital Dynamics. PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, served as the primary lender. Pavilion manages more than 5,000 homes and welcomes about 50,000 guests each month across the US.

Investment funds managed by HPS Investment Partners, along with TZP Group and Capital Dynamics, have invested in Pavilion, a newly launched national vacation rental company. The platform commenced operations with 20 local businesses. HPS Investment Partners is part of BlackRock.

PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, served as the primary lender for the Pavilion platform.

Pavilion's local companies manage more than 5,000 homes and welcome about 50,000 guests each month across the US. Four of the 20 founding companies have merged with others in the group, so it operates as 16 businesses today. Each local company remains locally led by its existing team, with local company leaders and management to own majority of the business.
