CVC agrees sale of D-Marin to InfraVia

CVC Capital Partners has agreed to sell its stake in D-Marin to InfraVia Capital Partners.

CVC Capital Partners has reached an agreement to sell its interest in D-Marin to InfraVia Capital Partners. CVC invested in the marina operator in 2020. Since CVC Capital Partners' investment, D-Marin has grown from its original footprint into a business spanning nine countries, operating 28 marinas with over 14,300 berths, including more than 1,000 superyacht berths. The company also operates 12 boatyards servicing over 2,500 yachts annually. CVC also invested in the company's digital capabilities. InfraVia Capital Partners has acquired D-Marin. Athanasios Zoulovits, partner at InfraVia, stated that D-Marin "operates in a resilient, growing and attractive market, supported by scarcity of marina locations and growing demand for high-quality yachting infrastructure and services." He further added that InfraVia sees an opportunity to expand the network further "in a fragmented market that requires long-term private capital to provide scale and know-how."
