Diamond Castle Holdings is an American private equity firm focused on leveraged buyout and growth capital investments in middle-market companies.

Diamond Castle Holdings was founded in 2004 by Lawrence Schloss and four senior members of DLJ Merchant Banking Partners (DLJMB) following a spinout from Credit Suisse. Based in New York City, the firm was established to continue the investment legacy of its predecessor group within the middle market.

The firm focuses on leveraged buyout and growth capital investments across a variety of sectors, including media, healthcare, financial services, and industrials. In December 2006, the firm completed fundraising for Diamond Castle Partners IV, a $1.85 billion fund named in succession to the three funds previously raised at DLJMB. As of 2011, the firm had raised approximately $1.9 billion since its inception.
