In December 2006, the firm successfully closed its Diamond Castle Partners IV fund with $1.85 billion in capital commitments, naming the fund to reflect the three prior funds managed by the team during their tenure at DLJMB. As of 2011, the firm had raised approximately $1.9 billion since its inception.
